Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds chicken, cubed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, WITH juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 TBS minced garlic
- 1 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 box chicken stove top stuffing
- 2 cups shredded mozarella
Instructions
- Oven to 400
- Spray a 9 X 13 baking dish
- Stir together: tomatoes, water, garlic, Italian seasoning, and stuffing mix in a large bowl
- Place chicken in baking dish
- Sprinkle with the salt
- Cover with the stuffing mix
- Bake for 30 minutes
- In the last 10 minutes, sprinkle casserole with the mozzerella
