Ingredients
- 2 lbs sirloin, thin sliced
- (I bought sirloin steaks on sale and sliced them)
- Lawrys seasoning salt
- Pepper
- Oil
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 green bell, diced
- 1 red bell, diced
- 12 slices provolone
- Hawaiian rolls
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 TBS butter
- Worcestershire
Instructions
- Oven to 350 degrees.
- Strip steak, toss with Lawrys seasoning and pepper. Cook in skillet, with a little oil until done. Set aside.


- Add the chopped veggies to the skillet, adding a little more oil if needed, and cook until a little soft, but still with some bite.
- Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half to make a top and a bottom.
- Mix the mayo and garlic.
- Coat bottom and top with mayo mix.


- Put 6 slices of provolone on the bottom half, layer the meat, then the peppers and onion.
- Put six slices of provolone on top of the peppers and onions.


- Put the top half of the rolls back on.
- Melt 3 tablespoons butter and put a couple dashes of Worcestershire in it and spread over the top of the rolls.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes covered with foil.
- Take the foil off and bake another 10 minutes.
- Brush the tops with a little more of the butter and Worcestershire mixture.
- Slice and serve.
